The staff provided excellent customer experience. For instance, I was having an internet connection. I was really impressed that the Managers, Annas and Judith tested another room before transferring me to the room. They even had 2 IT people with 2 different devices plus a big gray box to troubleshoot the room after the BellHop service person helped us transport our belongings. Also, very safe and high security if people were wondering following the current turmoil in Israel. The cars that come in get checked with a high tech device that looks like a metal detector before they can enter the hotel premise. I took a private tour of the hotel and this is what they did.

I also appreciate Iqbal’s assistance with my ticketing needs, as he was always ready and willing to help. The team’s professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a seamless and enjoyable stay in Jakarta.

Big thanks to the staff who paid special attention as I mentioned it was my birthday that day :) The room was clean confortable and with lots of light. You have access to a spa with massages and a pool. We had a great balinese couple massage after a long flight. I recommend it! The breakfast is great with lots of choices. They help you out with cab service on demand.

We were with a family of five and booked 2 rooms. the staff made sure that we had adjacent roomsvwith door in between and we slept comfortable as a family in the great beds. the location of the hotel is also perfect for trips around town.
