Millennium Hotel Sirih Jakarta

The staff was excellent, especially Alicia, who handled our check-in and kindly allowed us a late check-out. The entire team was fabulous and very welcoming.

The staff was very friendly and most spoke excellent English. We were treated very well and any issues we encountered were solved right away. We were with a family of five and booked 2 rooms. the staff made sure that we had adjacent roomsvwith door in between and we slept comfortable as a family in the great beds. the location of the hotel is also perfect for trips around town.

The reception staff was really nice and spoke good English. Generally the staff is really nice and polite. Big thanks to the staff who paid special attention as I mentioned it was my birthday that day :) The room was clean confortable and with lots of light. You have access to a spa with massages and a pool. We had a great balinese couple massage after a long flight. I recommend it! The breakfast is great with lots of choices. They help you out with cab service on demand.

The staff provided excellent customer experience. For instance, I was having an internet connection. I was really impressed that the Managers, Annas and Judith tested another room before transferring me to the room. They even had 2 IT people with 2 different devices plus a big gray box to troubleshoot the room after the BellHop service person helped us transport our belongings. Also, very safe and high security if people were wondering following the current turmoil in Israel. The cars that come in get checked with a high tech device that looks like a metal detector before they can enter the hotel premise. I took a private tour of the hotel and this is what they did.

Room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. They were helpful when I needed to extend my check out time. They are observant and always ready to lend a hand, from handling your luggage, coming up to your room to open a bottle of beer to communicating with your Grab driver(I couldn't speak Bahasa). The security at the hotel was also commendable, perhaps also due to the ASEAN Summit then, but it was all well done. The breakfast selection is extensive and the food tastes good too. I will consider staying again. Thank you all staff at Millenium!
